Hope Scholarship Requirements

HOPE (Helping Outstanding Pupils Educationally) scholarship was founded in 1993 in Georgia by the Governor Zell Miller. It supports higher education through a financial aid offered just for those with extraordinary high school results, being a merit based scholarship.
